The cottage is designed for up to 6 people. On the first floor there is a sofa/bed. On the second floor there are two double mattresses. It is convenient when coming with children. Išskirtinis su meile kurtas vasarnamis unikalioje vietoje šalia Suvingio ežero Karliškių kaime, skirtas ramiam poilsiui gamtoje. Namas stovi ant kalno, šalia - miškas su natūraliomis paukščių buveinėmis, šalia ir ypatingas Suvingio ežeras. Todėl visada galima grožėtis nuostabiais vaizdais aplinkui, girdėti paukščių balsus ir matyti juos praskrendant, matyti prabėgančius laukinius gyvūnus arba tiesiog gėrėtis natūralios gamtos kerinčiais vaizdais.

In the bathroom, there are white marble tiles, perfectly complemented by a stunning silver-framed mirror. The living room features a blue wall and a gray kitchen, with bar chairs in a brighter shade of blue and a dark blue bed. Vintage armchairs, specially restored for the Aušrinė project, are khaki in color. The cottage itself is the brightest and warmest. From the terrace, you can see the full landscape of Aušrinė - the forest and the lake.

After its renovation in year 2022 the treehouse also has amazing hot tub in the spacious terrace, AC and lovely indoor bathroom.
