Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Come stay at one of the original lake houses in the Bay. Constructed in 1930 has all the charms of a lake house you would expect. It was named the grey owl. The views are amazing. The enclosed porch is so relaxing and views from every corner. The house is right on the point so you have a clear view to the northwest to look out over the bay to the lake with the white mountains in the background. Private beach in the make no wake zone. Cottage #174 is one of our 3 cottages. This cozy STUDIO cottage (225 SF ) has a queen size bed/den area , fully equipped kitchen and Full Bath. AC, Wi-Fi , TV with ROKU included. Cottage has its own outside space overlooking the lake with table and chairs making it the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the beautiful lake views.
