It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Our fun hidden gem is just the retreat you need! Only 7 minutes from Downtown Coudersport for all your shopping and dining needs. 20 miles from Cherry Springs Star Gazing. Very close proximity to ATV trails/Pilot Program in season. Our retreat is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 3 ponds you can fish in, hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore. You will enjoy star gazing from the view of the front yard! An OFFSITE cabin to our Potter County Family Campground.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located right in town it’s a short walk to the local restaurants and stores. Very short drive to larger surrounding towns. The open space in the living room makes it feel like a large space, but still cozy at the same time. This is a one bedroom tiny home, but if you’re willing, the couches or an air matress can accommodate a few more.
