The Lydia Room features a cozy queen-size bed, a classic armoire, a comfortable armchair, and a Smart TV for your entertainment. You'll have direct access to a shared full bathroom through a lockable door in the room, as well as from the hallway. It's the oldest building in Brookville and has recently been completely restored. Driving up the drive and around back to the circular driveway, you'll feel like you've entered an English country manor home. Classic elegance with a warm, homey atmosphere awaits you in this almost 100-year-old home located close to everything in Butler, Pa and only 40 miles north of downtown Pittsburgh. Included in this rental is a second floor private bedroom with two twin beds, and parasols dreamily hanging overhead. A full bath is next door, only shared with guests from one other room.

Some include Waldameer amusement park, Hamot and St Vincent hospitals, Bayfront convention center. 15 minutes from the Erie International Airport, 15 minutes from Presque Isle State park, 15 mintues from LECOM and only 8 mintues from the Erie Insurance Arena downtown. We also share our home with some furry friends.
