We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.

Great getaway to enjoy marshmallows and a roaring fire, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, boating or enjoy a great movie. For downhill skiers proximity to King Pine, Sunday River, Shawnee Peak and Black Mountain. Cross country and snow shoeing on property and on the lake. If you have a snow mobile- great trails available. Finally, great shopping in nearby North Conway at the outlets.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. 3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor day. Cottage #2 is a classic one-bedroom with soothing beach colors and well-appointed with comfortable furnishings and updated finishes. It is outfitted with vintage and modern decor mixed in. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and utensils for those times when you may just want to stay in and cook. Private fenced backyard with a gas grill, table and chairs. Just a short 5-minute walk, to the beach. Yes we allow pets.

Beach vibes in this cozy space make for a comfortable home base while you explore Portland's Munjoy Hill neighborhood. The apartment is situated in the East End, a short walk to the Eastern Promenade, local grocery, great restaurants and bakeries. Head to the East End Beach, or paddle to the islands in Casco Bay. Walk to the Old Port from this quiet neighborhood in 15 minutes or head over to Washington Ave, for amazing food, distilleries and breweries!
