Be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a BEAUTIFUL 60 sqm apartment in the 2nd floor of a 2 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2017 (BRAND NEW). It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Spacious living room equipped with 32'' smart TV and comfortable separate bedroom with 160cm wide double bed. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, electric jug, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Basics to cook like olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are also available. There is an iron and ironing board as well. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer (a nice one :)), toilet paper and shower gel. Charming small private patio where you can start your day with a nice breakfast, have a glass of wine or just relax. The flat was fully decorated by me and my husband Ricky and we manage it ourserlves. Price for 2 people using the ALL the house; includes the PRIVATE patio and you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room etc. You will get the keys from us personally, and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and Alfama neighborhood. We stay reachable during all your stay. :) The apartment is in an area that's full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets to discover little cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and trendy shops that make up this vibrant neighborhood. A stop for the 28 Tram is just 4min away and Santa Apolónia (metro and train station) and Terreiro do Paço (metro station) are both a 7 min walk from the house. The street is in a limited traffic zone - only taxis and residents can enter. If you wish to come by car, you can park at Largo Terreiro do Trigo, less then 100m from the building. Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if are interested. A baby cot is available upon request - please let us know if you'll need it. The Popular Saints Festival is celebrated throughout June in Portugal. The festival in Lisbon is celebrated primarily on the 12th and 13th of June, in memory of Saint Anthony. Across Lisbon's historical neighborhoods you will see colorful decorations, food stalls and live stages to listen to music. As we are situated in the heart of Alfama, during the month of June, specially the 12th, more animation is expected in the streets that surround the apartment and the area will be much more crowded and noisy during this day.

Having a perfect location in Alfama, the historical heart of the city, this charming apartment is situated on a small patio called Calçadinha de Santo Estevão. It is in walking distance to some of the most important sightseeing spots like the Cathedral Sé, the Panteon, Castle São Jorge, Cathedral São Vicente and Alfama's best viewpoint (miradoro) called Largo das Portas do Sol. Feel the authentic experience of Alfama with a step back in time within a medieval atmosphere, get a little lost, and wander around admiring the amazing views and the greatest sunsets. ... simply unforgettable!Rossio, Bairro Alto, Baixa, Chiado are all nearby. and you have several public transportations (Metro station, many buses, trams, train) around the corner. Lisbon’s beaches are 30 minutes away by train! The comfortable, renovated 1bedroom-apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a white typical Alfama-house which was build more than 100 years ago. The front of the apartment has a view over/to a typical Alfama patio and river Tejo In the back you have a view to the private garden and the church. The apartment includes: - a bedroom with double bed (140 cm wide); - a living room with hi-fi stereo and a corner with one double sofa bed - a closet - a kitchen with all you need including electric oven and stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine -a bathroom with a shower - a terrace-garden (20m2) There is also high-speed cable Internet connection.

Art Attic (River View)

My place is in a historical building in Alfama, with view to River Tejo, close to Panteão and the flea market feira da ladra. It is 5 minutes from S.Apolonia train station and metro, 15 min walk to the city center. Though the attic is close to small restaurants, Fado places and cafes, it is calm and silent. The rooms are light flooded and the view to the river is special, you will enjoy the special light of this city and its various reflections on the water. Registered with Camera de Lisboa 2016
