Enjoy the countryside on 15 acres of woods backing on to Graham Lake. Tucked away from the road, our guesthouse is family and pet friendly. The bathroom is newly renovated. Outdoors it boasts a lovely campfire area, a patio table and a large grass yard. Enjoy our gardens in the summer and our laying hens year-round. Take a 5 min stroll down a wooded path to the lakefront where you will find another campfire pit, a dock, canoe, kayak and SUP to use and plenty of space for activities year-round.

Want to go camping, but you're not into sleeping outside? Try this special “glamping” semi-primitive cabin in the woods on scenic Butterfield Lake. Honeymoon, Babymoon, any occasion, or no occasion place. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We are close enough to enjoy activities in A Bay, NY, and far enough to enjoy quiet time. Loons and geese are the loudest sounds you’ll hear at night. Great fishing, boating and swimming from our dock. 103 cascading steps to the water.

Year round trails for hiking, snow shoeing, exploring etc. Beautiful scenery and wildlife in a peaceful, private setting, relax and unwind by the fire! We look forward to having you! Park your car and walk to the bars and restaurants. Not far from state parks and wineries. Our home has 2 balconies and a dock to hangout on. It comes with all the amenities you will need for your vacation! It is the end townhouse on the right side. Parking for 4 sedans and additional parking close.
