The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Fisherman’s Cove

Climb aboard and get cozy in this beautiful little “village house” in the heart of town. This small 1-bedroom home was built in the 1940’s, and is nestled on the hill above the harbor among the close knit homes on Cope Street. Find warm Alutiiq art, and other cultural accents throughout. Amenities include WiFi, television, washer, dryer, propane stove, selection of coffee, teas and everything a single or couple needs to stay comfortable & relax during your stay in Kodiak.

Come and enjoy a cozy stay with views of the Nushagak River and Wood River. Just steps away from the Sea Wall where you may get lucky enough to catch a sighting of belugas, otters, moose, rabbits, fox, porcupine, eagles, bears and much more, but be far enough away from danger to be safe. Kodiak's Harbor House

If you're searching for a breathtaking views over looking the beautiful harbor in Kodiak then this is the place for you! Upstairs, a spacious lofted sitting room with vaulted ceilings has the best views - Relax with a coffee in the morning and if you're lucky you may spot a pod of orcas swimming by. Or spend time out on the deck on a sunny summer day grilling a home cooked meal. Please keep in mind you must be prepared to walk up and down stairs to access the home.

Underhill Stays of Kodiak

Enjoy a comfortable private and spacious stay in the lower level unit of a split level house. This is a 1 bedroom 1 full bathroom with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need to feel right at at and cook all you meals just like at home making it ideal for visitors for longer stays. The unit is centrally located near the downtown area and has private off street parking for those with a vehicle Pet friendly

The Kodiak House (4 BR)

Book your stay with your group or family in our spacious and quiet 4 BR home. Here you'll have your own private oasis, with 4 bedrooms along with a large well-stocked kitchen, your own washer and dryer, and an inviting and comfortable living room. WiFi and parking are included. Two bedrooms have Queen sized beds and two bedrooms have twin beds. Rental vehicles and airport shuttle service are available with at least 24 hours advanced notice.

Ravens Retreat

Welcome to "The Ravens Retreat” a 1-bedroom/1-bathroom private cottage located in Monashka Bay in Kodiak, Alaska. The rental boasts beautiful views of the mountains and is located in a picturesque setting that allows yourself to immerse yourself in nature. The peaceful and serene atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Our hotel-style suite is perfectly suited to give you a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Whale - Remote Whale Island Cabin on the water

Our place is completely and totally isolated. The cabins are perfect for hunting, fishing, beachcombing, and kayaking. We recommend our place for couples, solo adventurers, or small group retreats. Eventually, it would make an amazing wedding venue. The cabins are not on the Kodiak mainland, but rather on a nearby island. You will have to contact me to find out information about getting from Kodiak to Whale Island.
