A 5-minute drive will bring you to a host of wineries, breweries, and distilleries including Veritas Vineyards, Hazy Mountain Vineyards, and Valley Road Vineyards. We love animals so pets are welcome with a $50 additional fee, per pet. Restaurants can deliver!

You can enjoy a peaceful day of fishing at the pond which is well stocked with crappie, bass, shell cracker, and catfish. We practice catch and release here on the property. But if you want to cook up the catch of the day as the main course that’s ok as well. Then kick back and sit around the camp fire with s’mores and looking at the moonlight.

We are 1.0 mile from the Downtown Mall of Charlottesville in Historic Woolen Mills, 5 blocks from the Rivanna River and Park. Off street parking, 250 sq ft plus loft. Has lots of light.
