Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

Albany airport, -Amtrak Train Station. We are easy to access to Government offices, Medical treatment places, the major colleges in the area, as well as highway Rt 7, Rt 2, I-87, I-90, and 787. We are a short drive to CNY fertility, the Regeneron pharmaceutical Co & the Government offices.

There is nothing better than having a guest room at the Microtel Inn by Wyndham in Latham. Being a hotel, we have all interior hallways, a free continental breakfast every morning including hot waffles and a free coffee area right off of our lobby. In-room, there is a flat-screen TV with all High-def channels including HBO and Free Wi-Fi. We have a fitness room and guest laundry for our hotel guests as well.
