Our home is less than a mile to UFHealth at Shands and the Malcom Randall Veterans Medical Center. We are a mile to the University of Florida campus. Amazingly, also a short bike ride (1-2 miles) to Downtown Gainesville. Close to Depot Park, art studios, restaurants, music venues, and theater. Nature parks close too. The bonus is we live on 2 acres, tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. Our pool is deep & cool; we have bikes to borrow. The container is perfect for a solo traveler, or a couple.

Well cared for pets welcome, property is fully fenced. Great place to stay to explore the springs, go antiquing, or check out Gainesville's food, music and fun.

This house is TINY but it’s comfortable and fun. By tiny I mean it’s got a lot of 1950’s character squeezed into 690 square feet. The “official” dining table is outside on the patio so if you’re more than 2 people you should plan on spending quality time outside or out and about in Gainesville because the living space is limited. This is a GREAT rental for people who want to explore Gainesville, like being in the heart of 6th Street and prefer old school homes. No cable at this rental.

Paddle board the Santa Fe River, swim with manatees @ Ichetucknee Springs, or soak in the cool waters @ Blue Springs. Close to Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park, Micanopy's unique downtown and a short easy drive to UF campus. North of Micanopy on Highway 441 across from Lake Wauberg. A common private driveway from the highway leads up to our two story home and two story detached garage. Uber not a good option. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers; and great for Gator friends and fans. Smoke free and no pets please.
