It has been designed with comfort and functionality in mind and all your essential needs. The tiny house is located in a peaceful setting, surrounded by nature, yet close to all the amenities you may need. We are located 5 min drive from the airport, a short walk to Kye Bay beach & 45 min drive to Mt Washington.

Sound Experience

Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

Seawalk Cottage Semi-Waterfront Mini Suite

Enjoy lovely ocean views from this private above ground basement mini suite with outside entrance. Fresh, open and fully renovated, with large windows facing the ocean, it’s an easy walk to restaurants and shops along the nearby Seawalk. Watch for whales, eagles and sea lions out front. Explore the area or cozy up. 55” TV. Enjoy a glass of wine in the deep soaker tub while watching marine vessels and wildlife out front. We are very pleased to share our home with you.

The space has wonderful amenities including a spa-worthy bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and two patio spaces.

The Merry Berry Hideaway

In this spacious cottage style home you will be able to enjoy the privacy of this cozy space which is set on a beautifully landscaped 1 acre property. Conveniently located close to town, shopping, the recreation centre, walking distance to trails, lakes and the ocean. Upon arrival you will see that the winding driveway leads to the blueberry orchard and where we call home.
