Newly renovated home in the midst of the Swanson Cattle Company farm & ranch. With fresh paint and brand new furnishings you will find this farm/ranch home a classy way to spend time in the country and away from the city. Open area kitchen, dining, and living room allows guests to communicate with ease. Look out the window and you will see livestock, pheasants, wild turkey, and many other things a farm and ranch has to offer. Sit on the private deck and watch the beautiful Nebraska sunsets.

We call this rural acreage the highway house. It's located in the country with ample parking available. It also is wonderfully accessible to numerous hunting locales for hunters. It's within 10 miles to the Kirwin Wildlife Refuge, and there's great hunting opportunities for deer, pheasant, and other wildlife nearby. The house is located directly off highway 36, so the roads are always accessible. Large flat screen tv with ROKU, and Wifi are provided. Several recliners in living room area.

Quiet area with a lot of area around the property to park vehicles or boats. 5 acres around the house if your pets need to stretch their legs. Located 8 miles from wilson lake if you enjoy boating, swimming , fishing, or just enjoy being around the lake. Nice local cafe, and service station with a small grocery area. Laundromat a block away. Local liquor store and a theater. If your into art there are a couple art attractions in town also the garden of eden. Firepit area coming this spring!

Parliament Place

Parliament Place is a charming country brick structure built in the early 1950's. It is intended to be a quiet retreat from the hustle & bustle of city life where one can stay secluded, watch movies on the large screen TV , connect your computer or take a walk. The third bedroom doubles as a game room or as we call it, the "rest" room where one can read a book, play cards, put a puzzle together or as the title suggests, simply just relax and take a nap in the basket chair or on the twin bed.

The Sportsman Lodge

The Sportsman Lodge is a great spot to relax after a day in the field or on the water. It’s spacious, dog-friendly, and has a big yard with room for games or just hanging out. You’ll have access to an outbuilding for cleaning game and storing gear for convenience. The cabin is close to public land, and a variety of public land to explore. Our historic 1906 Cottage Garden guest house is located on I-70 half-way between Kansas City & Denver, Colorado in WaKeeney, KS. Stroll across the brick street to the adjacent park which surrounds the historic native limestone courthouse. Attractions include: The Smoky Valley Scenic Byway, The Christmas City of the High Plains, Shiloh Vineyard and Winery, Cedar Bluff Reservoir, and Castle Rock.

Fishing and Hunting Getaway!!

Whole house available for you and up to 6 guest total. There is a traeger grill available to use if needed. Washer and dryer is available for washing clothes. One full bathroom with a tub/shower. Plenty of parking and there are two additional building on the property available if needed. Coffee pot available, paper plates, and utensils available for our guests as well.
