The house is 7 minutes from the sea, it's surrounded by 1,5 acre field which has many olive trees. The rented room is in the first floor of the house with a private entrance and has a 20 m balcony with a great sea view. The room is also close to the shops. The visitors can also use the yard. The region is very quiet. The room is traditionally furnished with respect to the island's tradition. The floor is wooden like the roof, doors and windows. It is also fully equipped with modern amenities.

Είναι περιτριγυρισμένο από παραδοσιακούς αμπελώνες έχοντας εκπληκτική θέα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο του Ικάριου πελάγους και σε μαγευτικά ηλιοβασιλέματα. Ο Δοχός προσφέρει μια απαράμιλλη εμπειρία ηρεμίας και φυσικής ομορφιάς. Ιδανικό για όσους αναζητούν χαλάρωση, ο γοητευτικός μας ξενώνας υπόσχεται μια ήρεμη και αναζωογονητική απόδραση.

Πέτρινη αυλή, Αρμενιστης Ικαρια

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται εντός του οικισμού Αρμενιστη σε σημείο που επιτρέπει την γρήγορη πρόσβαση απόστασης 2-5 λεπτών από σημεία αγορών όπως: σούπερ μάρκετ, είδη σουβενίρ κ.α. Επιπλέον, σε χώρους εστίασης και αναψυχής όπως: μπάρ, καφετέριες, ζαχαροπλαστεία κ.α. Η παραλία του Αρμενιστη βρίσκεται περίπου 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια και η παραλία Λιβάδι περίπου 10 λεπτά.

Traditional windmill

The windmill is an independent house. It consists of two floors. On the first floor is the living room with kitchen and bathroom. On the second floor is the bedroom. It 's about 1,5 km from the town of Fournoi Korseon, about 10 minutes walk. Also at a distance of 1 Km is the beautiful beach of Kambi. It has a road to the house that you can reach by car.
