Αυτό το παραδοσιακό σπίτι, που βρίσκεται στην περιοχή του Μπούργου, χρονολογείται από τον 16ο αιώνα και έχει ανακαινιστεί πλήρως. Το διαμέρισμα είναι 67 τετραγωνικά μέτρα συνολικά, με ιδιωτική αυλή και βρίσκεται σε πολύ μικρή απόσταση με τα πόδια από το Ενετικό Κάστρο, το λιμάνι, τον κεντρικό σταθμό λεωφορείων, τον σταθμό ταξί, το παραδοσιακό αρτοποιείο, τα παντοπωλεία, τα εστιατόρια, τα μπαρ και τα διάφορα καταστήματα. Αν και το σπίτι βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά σε όλα αυτά τα μέρη, η γειτονιά είναι πολύ ήσυχη.

Our Venetian ancestor Michel Sanudo married into our family in the year 1615, giving the house its current form, with the  balcony doors overlooking a valley with ancient olive groves .
