Warm and cozy Studio condo; ideal for 2 adult/2 child or 3 adults. Studio is 432 sq ft. 2 mi from Kings beach/lake Tahoe. 6 mi to Northstar ski resort and .5 mi to Tahoe Rim Trails. Studio has a Gas Fireplace, Apple TV, Fast WiFi, YouTube TV for cable, granite countertops, instant hot water for tea or hot chocolate, motion faucet, ground floor unit, Patio with Adirondack chairs. Condo Clubhouse w/swimming pool (seasonal), hot tub is open year around, pool table, ping pong, fireplace and games.

From here you can (for FREE!) jump on the bus for a quick ride to Northstar. No costs or parking hassle required!

Then gather with friends and family on both the front and back decks after a day exploring the easily accessible hiking trails or ski/snowboard runs on one of the nearby slopes.
