A charming windmill house, located on a quiet hill within a ten-minute walk from the main village/port of Stavros. The windmill has two floors.On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a sofa/bed and a small toilet with a shower under the staircase. Πρόκειται για οικογενειακό ανεμόμυλο που έχει μετατραπεί σε κατοικία με πολύ μεράκι προσφέροντας στον επισκέπτη του όλες τις ανέσεις. Έχει μοναδική θέα. Βλέπει όλο το Αιγαίο πέλαγος, τις κορυφές του Πελιναίου όρους, αλλά και το Κάστρο της Βολισσού. Ένα από τα βασικά ιδιαίτερα στοιχεία του είναι ότι η ηλεκτροδότησή του γίνεται με ηλιακή ενέργεια (πράσινη ενέργεια).
