This apartment is located on the first floor of a listed 15th-century Venetian house, renovated in a traditional style.The house serves as the historic gateway to the fortified village, the best-preserved on the island. The location is very peaceful, nestled in the heart of the village's narrow streets. The view of the sea is breathtaking, and the beaches are just 10 minutes away. Tο διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον 1. και 2. όροφο ενός διατηρητέου βενετσιάνικου σπιτιού του 15ου αιώνα, παραδοσιακά ανακαινισμένου. Είναι ένα από τα λίγα κτίρια αυτής της περιόδου που επέζησαν από τον καταστροφικό σεισμό του 1956. Βρίσκεται μέσα στα τείχη που προστατεύουν την πρόσβαση στο καλύτερα διατηρημένο οχυρωμένο χωριό του νησιού. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ ήσυχη, στην καρδιά των στενών δρόμων του χωριού. Η θέα στη θάλασσα είναι μαγευτική και η παραλία απέχει μόλις 10 λεπτά. 1-3 άτομα.

This apartment is on the 2nd floor of a recently renovated Venetian house (15th century). The house itself is in the main entrance of the fortified central part of the village (Kasteli). In this traditional area all the streets are pedestrian and therefore it is very calm. From the apartment you can enjoy an amazing sea view and it takes only a 10 min drive to arrive to the beach. The entire house consists of 2 apartments (Loggia & Porta) which can accommodate a max of 9 people.

Nestled in a quaint village of traditional stone towers in Eastern Mani (location of John Kassavetis’ film “The tempest”), this hillside house has views typical of Mani, looking out over olive groves and the sea which is just a 5 minute drive away.
