An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.

Cottage comes with parking for a small car and small open outside space. One small well behaved dog is welcome. Strictly no candles, smoking or vaping policy.

There is a parking space for one car at the rear of the property. It is accessed through an archway which measures 2.8 metres wide. Converted in 2024, the property is finished to a high standard, including hot tub, wood burner and full underfloor heating. Sorry, we are unable to accept dogs or other pets.

Direct access to a very private patio and orchard area with rustic seating and South/West facing slopes for sun bathing/downing. Ample parking and turning. The Devonshire Arms is 2 minutes by car or 20/40 mins via lovely walks. PLEASE NOTE:- No Smoking or Vaping iindoors!
