We provide every thing needed to enjoy your stay: sheets, towels, hair dryer, coffee pot, microwave, stove, refrigerator, iron, washer and dryer, 2 TVs with Xfinity Wi-Fi and cable. Our kitchen is your kitchen. Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils, dishes and appliances as needed. Before checkout, Please put your dishes in the dishwasher and clean up fenced yard, after pets.

Pet Friendly and Private! Nestled in the foothills of North Ga. Right off I75 close to Calhoun and Dalton. 1.5 hour from Atlanta and 45 mins from Chattanooga, TN. This is a well appointed and updated space. You will hear noises upstairs. People live on the top floor. However, you have complete privacy. Please read the reviews and make your decision, you won't be disappointed. There are 3 mini split air conditioners separate from the main floor.

Goat Farm Guest Suite

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 4 goats, Mocha, Immy, Miss Betty, and Daisy! (Note: we are ADA exempt. Sorry, but no service animals.)
