The Pool House at Mill Cottage offers a unique riverside escape with exclusive access to a private pool (Mar 1st - Oct 1st 2025 & Apr 1st - Oct 1st 2026). Nestled on the Thames, enjoy easy access to riverside cafes and restaurants by foot or boat. The charming one-bedroom retreat features blackout blinds for restful nights, plus a small sofa bed for extra guests. Just minutes from Goring on Thames village and the train station, it also boasts a BBQ and outdoor seating area for relaxing evenings.

Set in the hills of Bucks enjoying arguably the finest views in the area is The Annex. The Annex is new for 2025, having been extensively refurbished to the highest standards. Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the annex with its private patio area and private hot tub. You will also benefit from private use of the swimming pool every other day of your stay. The lodge allows you to kick back and relax in comfort with nature on the doorstep, whilst being within walking distance of great local amenities in the Cotswold town of Lechlade on Thames. Enjoy the shops, cafes and pubs or take a stroll along the riverbank. Back at the farm maybe take time for a dip in the pool or walk the trackways to be greeted by our friendly animals

Welcome to our spacious and comfortable home, perfect for families, groups, or business stays. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen, relax in the cosy living areas with TVs, and enjoy five bedrooms, four of which have their own TVs for private entertainment. Take a dip in the heated swimming pool (usually open from May to September), measuring 7.5m x 3.8m, with a shallow end of 3ft 8in sloping to a deeper end of 5ft 5in, maintained at a comfortable 27°C for year-round enjoyment.

The Old Rectory Cottage, Quenington

Located on the banks of the River Coln in the beautiful Cotswold village of Quenington, The Cottage is attached to the stunning Grade II Listed Old Rectory. Situated 15 minutes from the historic bustling market town of Cirencester and 40 minutes from Cheltenham with its world famous racecourse. The nearby town of Fairford offers beautiful walks along the old mill and a famous church. There is a lovely, quaint pub a 2 minute walk away offering great food and cosy settings.

In Tudor times the Dovecote providing doves to the Royal Palaces Today, the dovecote has undergone extensive restoration, converting it into a charming living space, with modern facilities and fast Wifi. Now it's ideal for different purposes from a relaxing getaway, to a home from home for a business traveller or a quiet space to study. The Dovecote has a modern kitchen with a dining Table.

Cosy, independent guest suite with its own entrance, located in the heart of the scenic village of Marcham. 🏡 Easy access to country walks, head next door to enjoy a bustling English pub with luxury food vans on select days. Oxford city centre is 9 miles away, and Abingdon 2 miles away. We have a little bus stop near the house with 2 buses every hour. Didcot train station can get you to London in just 35 minutes :) We are located within easy reach of the Cotswolds!
