N'hésitez pas à nous solliciter pour une arrivée anticipée ou un départ tardif. Les horaires peuvent être élargis pour faciliter et rendre plus confortable votre séjour.

It is equiped with a great kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a high-speed internet connection. The flat is ideally located, 2 min away from the beautiful Parc des Buttes Chaumont, and a few minutes by feet from the canal St Martin and République. The Belleville subway station will bring you to the city center in 10 minutes. Warning: no party allowed.

This lovely studio on the 2nd floor (access by stairs) overlooking a small courtyard is very quiet thanks to its insulated glazing. The mezzanine bed is comfortable, have easy access and optimizes space in the studio. Fully equipped kitchen: glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine for efficient breakfasts and affordable meals ;-) Bathroom refurbished in 2017. Towels & sheets provided, also HBOMax, Wifi, Snacks, Coffee & Tea.

I will be delighted to welcome you in my charming 50m2 apartment on the 2nd floor of a building without lift, decorated by the famous designer Séverine Halbrey-Benoist.
